Use of Gallery During Closed Days (Sunday/Monday)
Policy and Procedure.
1.
Application to schedule the use of the Gallery must be made
in writing at least one month in advance.
2. The Gallery may be used for the private show/sale of artworks
of members only. They do not have to be currently showing
in the Gallery.
3. Two members may show together, but not more than three.
4. The show may not be scheduled the same weekend as the gallery
changeover.
5. The show will be highlighted on our website.
6. The Gallery will provide visitor data and print 200 postcards.
Member(s) Responsibilities: Members
1. will be responsible for own advertising of and invitations
to their event.
2. will provide their own set up/take down for display of
their artwork.
3. will provide their own refreshments and/or food.
4. all sales, cash and credit card, will be put through the
Gallery; sales tax will be charged; 20% commission will be
retained as is usual with all Gallery sales.
5. will allow for existing Gallery inventory sales as well
as event sales.
6. will make arrangements for another Co-op member to be present
to do Gallery sales. The normal Daily Sales Record Sheet will
be maintained for all sales.
7. will assure that the gallery is left clean and ready for
business following the show. All items and artworks not previously
in the Gallery will be removed. All trash will be taken out
to light pole for pick-up by the Disposal Co. Monday morning.
Floors will be clean, mopped if necessary and cases wiped
free of fingerprints.

1. will contribute 5% of their gross sales to the Gallery.
2. will be responsible for their own advertising of and invitations
to their event.(other than what provided by the Gallery)
3. will provide their own set up/take down for display of
their artwork.
4. will provide their own refreshments and/or food.
5. will have their own cashbox, sales receipts, etc. so that
all sales are separate from the gallery. Sales tax must be
appropriately charged.
6. credit card sales will be put through the gallery and will
be subject to a 20% commission. These sales will not be counted
in the 5% calculation.
7. will allow for Gallery inventory sales and make arrangements
for another Co-op member to be present to do Gallery and credit
card sales only. The normal Daily Sales Record Sheet will
be maintained for these sales.
