the Third Thursday of each month from 5 to 9 PM, City
Lights Art Gallery & Coop open its doors in celebration
of local artists with food, music and wonderful works
of art.

The
Downtown Henderson Business Associtation having seen
the success of an Art Event in Las Vegas, began the
Original Third Thursday in the spring of 2004. Much
planning and hard work and support from the Redevopment
Agency of the City of Henderson, has created a growing
momentum as we see more and more new faces every month.

Downtown
businesses come togther on that night each to bring
to the residents and citizens of Henderson a fun filled
Art Walk, often celebrating with a theme, such as Valentines
Day.

City
Lights Art Gallery consistently supports all Water Street
District activites and it has become a special night for
our artists. There are two artists selected as a Featured
Artist every month and we have their Reception on Third
Thursday. Friends and relatives are invited and it is
a great opportunity to display and sell your latest artwork. |

There
is usually a guitarist in attendance, as well as finger
food and punch supplied by our members for all to enjoy.
All City Lights Artists' Co-op members should attend
these events, supporting and networking with their fellow
artists, as well as all the Water Street District participating
businesses.
